Western Air Thruxton
Close

Covid 19

Due to the virus and everybody being told to keep their distance Western Air has decided to close it’s school operations.

The airfield will remain open for the time being so pilots with their own aircraft will still be able to fly.

However the Jackaroo Café will be closed.  Please don’t call to try and make a booking for the future because we have no idea when we will re-open. If you have any further queries please call Julie or Kevin who will be in the office from 9:00 -13:00 and 14:00 -17:00.

We will continue like this until further notice but if you are wanting to fly into Thruxton please call Haydn or Gordon before you leave.

Trial Lessons

If you were lucky enough to receive one of our vouchers for Christmas  don’t leave it too late to book your flight.  Believe it or not some people forget all about their vouchers.

We have in the past been lenient with the 6 month validity but would prefer it if this wasn’t the norm.

Chocolates & biscuits always help!!
